Dear reader I can’t sleep so I finished reading “Bound” book number 8 in the “Alex Versus” series by Benedict Jacka. I picked up this book from the Nook store on my tablet. My personal review of the book is as follows:

The beginning of the book confused me personally because of the fact that (in my personal opinion) “Alex” and “Anne” actions didn’t really fit with what I’ve come to know of them over reading the previous 7 books(I can’t really explain why without giving away plot points points from the previous books; doing so would make the review unnecessarily long) which stopped me from fully getting into the story until around page 75(in my Nook edition).

I really empathized with “Luna” during the scenes when she was talking to “Alex” in her hotel room. I really enjoyed all of character growth in the book. In my personal opinion so much of the smaller main storyline plot stuff was explained.

The last chapter of the book for me personally really shows how you can spend years trying to avoid something but sometimes fate finds ways of putting you there anyway, I have no idea how “Alex” and “Anne” are going to get out of this new situation.  Overall I personally rate this book an 8 out of 10. Happy reading dear reader 😊. Please like and share this review if you like it doing so helps me to get considered by publishers and authors for future books ♡.
