Dear reader I just finished reading “Married With Zombies” book number one in the “Living the Dead” series by Jesse Petersen. I downloaded it from the Nook store on my tablet because it seemed interesting and it was on sale for $1.99. My personal review of the book is as follows:

This was one of the best zombie themed books I’ve read in awhile, I loved all of the “real world” references. The characters and the the narrator was for the most part(in my personal opinion) very realistic and believable. Certain situations/scenes in the book (I can’t really explain which ones without giving away spoilers) in my personal opinion gave the book more detail/depth where I personally found myself wondering what happened with the situation/people after the main characters had left.

I found the marriage/relationship advice at the top of the beginning of each chapter to be at times launch out loud funny. I also really enjoyed enjoyed how much depth and character development happens in the book(Especially since it’s the first book in the series). Also the love and humanity that in my personal opinion is at the core of the book was so moving that I almost cried.

I plan on downloading the next book in the series from the Nook store on my tablet as soon as I finish posting this review. Overall I personally rate this book a 8 and a half out of 10. Happy reading dear reader 😊.  Please like and share this review if you like it doing so helps me to get approved by publishers and authors for future books and helps others to find my reviews ♡.
