Dear reader I just finished reading “The Servant Boy” by Reesha Goral. I was blessed enough to receive a free PDF copy of the book from the author via email in exchange for my honest review of the book which is as follows:

Dear reader this book is a “rags to riches” story with a main character who I personally found to be very compelling and believable, I didn’t fully understand his tendency towards (in my personal opinion) stalking(I understand that word might be a bit too strong for his behavior however I don’t know any other word that would be a better fit) his love interest. I found the interactions that the main character has with his dad to be interesting, I was definitely surprised be his lack of reaction to the last one (even if it could have been explained to the reader via his thoughts).

I definitely didn’t see the plot twist that happens around page 170 coming at all. I’m also glad that the main character finds love and acknowledges his past problems. It also made me happy that “Anna” found love and care as well.

I didn’t really understand the myth at the end of book, I think that it might have been lost in translation. Overall I personally rate this book a 5/10. Happy reading dear reader 😊.  Please like and share this review if you like it doing so helps me to get approved by Netgally and other places for future books ♡.
