Dear reader I just finished reading “Uprooted” by Naomi Novik. My uncle Timmy gave me a soft-cover copy of the book. My personal review of the book is as follows:

I really enjoyed certain scenes(I can’t really explain which ones without having to give heavy spoilers) and imagery from the book, however parts of storyline(especially the last half of the book) felt very disjointed, almost to the point where I would wonder what the main point of the story was; I think that this storyline would be better in movie form so that the magic and the setting could really stand out.

From a reading point of view I almost didn’t finish the last (approximately) 50-60 pages because of plot twists that I felt made the overall storyline even more confusing. I’m rating this book a 5 out of 10 in large part because of the(semi) happy ending of the book. Happy reading dear reader ♡. Please like and share this review if you like it doing so helps me to get considered by NetGalley and other places for future books ♡.
